Description

• Detail-oriented, client-facing role focusing on onboarding new clients • Deliver technical projects, respond to customer queries, and provide advisories • Build out client infrastructures including cloud-based SaaS solutions • Perform cloud and infrastructure assessments to enhance service offerings • Continuously improve processes through automation or known toolsets • Develop, execute technical work plans, and maintain rapport with co-workers • Participate in research, design, and testing of new technologies • Provide technical escalation and act as a subject matter expert • Help cross-train, upskill, and mentor engineers and interns • Attend client-facing meetings

Requirements

• 3-5 years of IT Experience • 1-3 years of end-user support/desktop support • 2-3 years of implementation and support of cloud products • 1-3 years implementing and supporting enterprise networking equipment • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server Platforms • 2-3 years implementing and supporting cybersecurity products • Strong knowledge of networking • Proven ability to use Microsoft PowerShell scripting • Financial industry experience including familiarity with market vendor applications
