β€’ Lead, train, and coach a team of 12-15 Account Executives to improve their sales effectiveness and achieve team quota. β€’ Build and maintain a strong, positive team culture that fosters collaboration, accountability, and success. β€’ Hold team members accountable to standards regarding outbound activity and pipeline management, ensuring consistency and performance. β€’ Monitor team performance and provide actionable feedback to drive continuous improvement. β€’ Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, ensuring team alignment with overall company objectives. β€’ Collaborate with leadership to identify growth opportunities and optimize sales processes.

Requirements

β€’ 7+ years of experience in sales, with a strong background in outbound new business acquisition. β€’ 3+ years of leadership experience managing and coaching sales teams. β€’ Proven ability to build and maintain a positive team culture while driving accountability and results. β€’ Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. β€’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to sales management. β€’ Experience with sales tools such as Salesloft is a plus.
