• Manage, consult and value sell company solutions to a customer base in a defined region • Prospect and profitably grow business with new and existing customers • Possess a proven track record of growing business by capitalizing on organized sales strategies. • Strong ability to create and execute business plans is required. • Effective communication skills that facilitate leading internal discussions • Negotiate and deliver customer proposals that match needs • Proven track record in utilizing the full Microsoft Suite and CRM systems. • Strong working knowledge of the project workflow from architect/engineer to contractor preferable. • Continuous improvement mentality for learning processes and technology. • Self-starter that can work independently and in a team. • Travel 50-70%

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Construction Science or other relevant field related to Commercial Builder Product Industry • Industry Related Experience Required - Sales Experience and or Masonry Industry • 10+ years of sales experience in related industries in lieu of formal degree. • Proven track record of sales/profit growth • Strong written and verbal communication skills
