β€’ Lead a team responsible for growing an ecosystem of technology partners and strategic alliances β€’ Develop, transform and accelerate the growth of tech partners and alliances ecosystem β€’ Build out the strategic alliance (business development) function β€’ Lead and drive the approach for Attentive Tech Partner Program β€’ Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams β€’ Conduct market sizing, segmentation, and prioritization of partner segments β€’ Define comprehensive business development strategy β€’ Collaborate and align with cross-functional stakeholders to maximize impact and build long-term partnerships

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred) β€’ 10+ years of experience working with strategic Tech/ISV partners and building GTM relationships with revenue accountability, preferably within the Martech industry β€’ Proven track record of exceeding partner/channel and alliance revenue targets β€’ Strong understanding of marketing technology, trends, and best practices β€’ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills β€’ Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market data and make data-driven decisions β€’ Demonstrated leadership experience, including developing a team and building a high-performing, supportive culture β€’ Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time for conferences, events, and partner visits
