🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience as an enterprise software Account Manager (experience in senior living is a plus) • Proven ability to develop and expand account management processes, structure, and reporting • Highly personable, professional, and organized • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage existing accounts while cultivating aspirational contacts • Ability to thrive in a dynamic startup environment, balancing tradeoffs and making complex decisions in ambiguity • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset • Solutions-oriented self-starter who takes initiative and drives results • Passion for shaping company culture and contributing to its growth • Willingness to travel 25%-50%
