β’ Associate Degree or equivalent experience. β’ Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas within a multi-state territory. β’ Skilled in direct sales and pull-through dealer sales strategies. β’ Experience selling differentiated or disruptive products, with the ability to articulate value propositions using tools like ROI calculators. β’ Ability to overcome customer objections and pushback. β’ Basic understanding of mechanical requirements for product installation and compatibility. β’ Capability to complete spec sheets for retrofit installations. β’ Proficient in product demonstrations and using PowerPoint presentations. β’ Willingness to travel 50% of the time and the ability to work remotely with discipline and organization. β’ Willingness to train, observe, and assist in the product installation process to understand customer utilization and potential obstacles.
