Requirements

β€’ Associate degree or equivalent professional experience. β€’ A strong track record of exceeding sales quotas in a multi-state territory. β€’ A team player with a great, humble attitude. β€’ Skilled in direct sales and pull-through dealer sales strategies. β€’ Proficient in delivering impactful product demonstrations and presentations, including via PowerPoint and Teams. β€’ Experienced in selling differentiated or disruptive products, with the ability to articulate value propositions using tools like ROI calculators. β€’ Adept at addressing and overcoming customer objections. β€’ Basic understanding of mechanical requirements for product installation and compatibility. β€’ Capability to complete spec sheets for retrofit installations. β€’ Willingness to travel 50% of the time and the ability to work remotely with discipline and organization. β€’ Self-starter with experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial team environment. β€’ Experience selling equipment within the trucking industry, particularly to business owners, maintenance managers, and dealers. β€’ Ability to provide a customer reference list in addition to personal references.
