β€’ Responsible for hunting new business from both existing and new customers within a given sales territory. β€’ Achieve targets by managing, building, and developing a pipeline of sales opportunities. β€’ Follow up on qualified leads generated by the Demand Generation team, as well as outbound lead generation from targeted prospect and customer lists. β€’ Cold call and prospect to achieve targets. β€’ Gain experience interacting with clients of all levels and across a broad geographical area. β€’ Develop and qualify opportunities within assigned territory. β€’ Work closely with Partner Managers, Sales Development Executives, and License Compliance teams. β€’ Ensure timely follow-up on sales leads. β€’ Generate and close new business opportunities to fuel the sales pipeline. β€’ Identify decision-makers and influencers along with their corresponding business needs, timeline, and budget. β€’ Articulate how Autodesk solutions will accelerate customers' businesses. β€’ Utilize telephone, email, and web-based communication as primary means of connecting with customers. β€’ Manage in-person sales meetings with decision-makers to close deals. β€’ Build the appropriate team for each opportunity coordinating Autodesk personnel to drive value into the client base. β€’ Provide accurate and timely billings forecasting and updates to sales managers. β€’ Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets/quotas and KPIs.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Inside sales/office-based sales experience β€’ Polished professionalism with above-average organizational, planning, communication, and problem-solving skills β€’ Strong presentation skills for online presentations β€’ Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent sales cycles β€’ Proven ability to collaborate with virtual team members β€’ Proven ability to collaborate on deals with channel partners β€’ Excellent written and verbal communications skills β€’ Drive to continually improve your sales skills through on-the-job coaching, self-learning, and as defined by Autodesk sales career progression framework β€’ Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment β€’ Proven track record of exceeding sales targets/quotas and KPIs β€’ Fluent in English to manage stakeholders β€’ Background in Architecture & Construction will be a plus
