• The Sales Executive plays a key role in driving revenue growth by closing consultative sales. • Manage and work on sales related administrative duties & documentation SOPs as required. • Accurately represent and develop thorough knowledge about the company’s products and services. • Collect payment of follow up cases and review appointments. • Provide excellent customer service support to clients. • Work cross-functionally with operations/fulfillment teams for a smooth client experience. • Provide resolutions to client’s grievances and post-sales commercials issues. • Sustain company’s profitability through excellent relationship management. • Maximize customer retention through effective onboarding.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sales Executive or in a relevant role. • Background in digital marketing agencies or a similar industry, ideally aligning with Chronos Agency. • Proven experience in managing and engaging with US / AU / EU clients. • Strong sales and customer service skills, with a track record of achieving targets. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and sales software. • Excellent phone etiquette and presentation skills. • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities. • In-depth understanding of marketing strategies and negotiation techniques. • Ability to deliver compelling and persuasive presentations.
