Automox is turning IT admins into IT heroes by replacing traditional tools with our award winning cloud-native endpoint management platform. • We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. • The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by nurturing and expanding relationships with current customers, managing their ongoing needs and ensuring satisfaction. • This position demands a blend of strategic account management, customer relationship building, and technical support coordination to maximize value and support customers effectively.

Requirements

• 1+ years of proven experience in account management, sales, or a customer-facing role, preferably within the SaaS industry • Strong track record of achieving revenue growth and customer expansion goals • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels • Demonstrated ability to manage complex technical issues and collaborate with technical teams • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously • Proficiency in Salesforce, Gainsight, Gong, and various tech stack
