Description

β€’ Join Point as an Account Manager to generate revenue and ensure a positive homeowner experience. β€’ Manage and nurture a pipeline of homeowners through a structured sales process. β€’ Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.

Requirements

β€’ Minimum 1 year of phone sales experience in financial services or related fields. β€’ Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in financial services or related fields. β€’ Experience managing a pipeline of customers. β€’ MLO license preferred but not required. β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred but not required. β€’ Moderate to strong computer skills. β€’ G-Suite (Gmail, Google Calendar, etc.). β€’ CRM experience (i.e., Salesforce) is preferred but not required. β€’ Familiarity with the US real estate and/or mortgage processing is preferred but not required. β€’ Highly motivated self-starter. β€’ Detail oriented. β€’ Excellent communicator. β€’ Problem Solver. β€’ Adaptable. β€’ Collaborative.
