• Join our team as an Account Manager, where you will play a key role in generating revenue and ensuring a positive homeowner experience.\n• Complete pre-scheduled consultative sales calls with homeowners to understand their financial needs, assess their suitability for a Home Equity Investment.\n• Proactively reach out to leads to complete consultative sales calls.\n• Reach out to homeowners to provide pricing/product-related updates.\n• Maintain detailed notes of homeowner interactions.\n• Stay up to date with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.\n• Perform ad hoc sales tasks as they arise.
• Minimum 1 year of phone sales experience in financial services or related fields.\n• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in financial services or related fields.\n• Experience managing a pipeline of customers.\n• You must be registered, or have the ability to register shortly after hire, as a mortgage loan originator (MLO) in the Nationwide Mortgage License System and Registry (NMLS).\n• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred but not required.\n• Moderate to strong computer skills.\n• G-Suite (Gmail, Google Calendar, etc.).\n• CRM experience (i.e., Salesforce) is preferred but not required.\n• Familiarity with the US real estate and/or mortgage processing is preferred but not required.\n• Self-motivated and proactive.\n• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy.\n• Excellent communicator.\n• Problem solver with a solution-focused mindset.\n• Adaptable to change.\n• Team-oriented and collaborative.\n• This role requires attendance at two onsite events per year, which will involve travel. Participation in these events is mandatory.
