🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of one-year experience as a broker/transportation solutions provider (or similar) with an established customer base • Entrepreneurial mindset with desire for full range support • Excellent customer service and communication skills • Ability to manage relationships with customers and negotiate rates • Motivated, skilled sales person looking to acquire new customers • Creative thinker enjoying a competitive, team-based atmosphere • Strong multi-tasking skills adept at using multiple computer systems • Experience using CRM and TMS systems (McLeod) • Familiarity with KPI’s as a measure of performance • Must work full-time Monday through Friday • High moral and ethical compass
