• Support the team by sourcing, pitching, and closing deals with advertisers. • Manage client relationships by understanding their needs and aligning them with our platform’s offerings. • Assist clients in optimizing their sponsorship opportunities on our platform to achieve their marketing goals. • Develop and maintain relationships with media agencies, creative agencies, and direct clients. • Assist in creating and implementing prospecting and outbound strategies to grow our advertiser base. • Track and manage sales activities using HubSpot and other relevant tools, ensuring accurate records and follow-up. • Prepare reports and presentations to update internal stakeholders on campaign performance and client feedback. • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities. • Represent Paved at industry events, entertaining clients, and serving as a brand ambassador.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in ad sales, media sales, media planning, buying, or a related field. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. • Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Asana, and Slack. • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships. • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment. • A passion for the media space, especially digital and newsletter sponsorships.
