• 2+ years of experience in sales, customer success, or account management in payments within the SaaS industry. • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas and driving customer retention. • Strong understanding of payments within the SaaS industry • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently. • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and customer engagement platforms. • Experience working with SMBs or merchants in retail, hospitality, or eCommerce sectors. • Knowledge of payment processing technologies and SaaS trends. • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
