Requirements

• Good internet speeds with a hard wired connection if working remotely • High School degree or equivalent • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Prior healthcare experience focused on payer or administrative side • IT experience, preferably as a Data Analyst • Call center experience in a fast-paced environment • Technically savvy and ready for change • Ability to manage multiple programs/tools • Customer service focused • Typing proficiency of 45+ words per minute • Desire to learn new tools and processes • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer literacy • Commitment to steady employment history
