Description

β€’ Responsible for managing renewals and new business acquisition β€’ Manage customer relationships, focusing on renewing existing contracts and identifying opportunities β€’ Maintain customer satisfaction, maximize revenue through renewals, and drive growth with new clients β€’ Work with a team that supports the sharing of ideas and collaboration β€’ Provide excellent customer service β€’ Forecast renewal rates, sales revenue, and pipeline for new business β€’ Prospecting through warm and cold calls β€’ Develop lead generation strategies while maintaining knowledge of industry trends

Requirements

β€’ Minimum of 5 years sales and/or account management experience in Healthcare IT β€’ Understanding of the Provider/Hospital revenue cycle model β€’ Successful in managing client relationships and closing renewals β€’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills β€’ Comfortable preparing and presenting formal proposals β€’ Involvement in industry organizations such as MGMA and HFMA β€’ Working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM tools
