• Senior Director responsible for customer growth vision and transformational opportunities • Lead account teams overseeing health plan payers with significant ACV • Provide strategic thinking to inspire innovation and transformation • Collaborate with departments to drive sustainable growth
Requirements
• 10 years’ experience in managing large (1MM member) health payers • 3+ years in a people leadership role • Deep understanding of the Blue Cross and Blue Shield landscape • BA or BS in any field, MBA preferred or equivalent experience • Proven ability to lead strategy implementation • Strong communication and presentation skills • Financial acumen for profitable growth • Strong change management skills
