Description

• Overseeing and guiding a team of demand generation program managers and business development representatives • Developing and executing strategies to drive awareness and generate leads • Setting overall direction, goals, and priorities for demand generation efforts • Providing guidance, support, and mentorship to direct reports • Driving success of demand generation function within Availity

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (master’s degree preferred) • 7+ years in marketing focusing on demand generation, lead generation, digital marketing, or related areas • Prior experience in a leadership role • Healthcare industry experience preferred • Strong leadership skills to inspire and develop a high-performing team • Strategic mindset aligning demand gen with broader business objectives • Proficiency in data analysis and performance measurement • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proven track record working collaboratively with cross-functional teams • Familiarity with marketing technology tools and platforms • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
