• Drive Availity's strategy and growth in the government's health sector • Identify, pursue, and secure government contracts • Develop and execute strategic sales plan for government agencies • Cultivate relationships with key decision makers in government agencies • Stay informed about government regulations and healthcare policies • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor proposals for government clients • Lead contract negotiations for favorable terms • Monitor and analyze market trends in government and healthcare sectors
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent • Minimum of 10 years of government health care industry sales experience • Experience managing complex government sales cycles and negotiating agreements • Experience selling healthcare technology and understanding of EDI transactions • Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills • Prior experience in preparing formal proposals/presentations • Valid driver's license and ability to travel 25%
