Description

• Who we are: AvantStay delivers world-class, authentic, tech-enabled short-term rental (STR) group experiences targeted at the millennial generation. • As a Regional Director of Field Operations, you will oversee several markets within our portfolio, ensuring the success of multiple field operations teams. • This role requires a dynamic leader with a proven ability to manage teams, maintain operational excellence, and drive efficiency and profitability in a fast-paced, decentralized environment. • You will directly supervise and manage market leaders, including hiring, training, coaching, and evaluating performance. • You will oversee maintenance and vendor management across markets, ensuring efficiency, cost control, and adherence to quality standards. • Monitor competitive landscapes to maintain a strategic edge in each market. • Develop, manage, and monitor operational budgets for assigned markets, ensuring cost efficiency and profitability while adhering to financial targets. • Identify opportunities to improve operations, streamline processes, and enhance overall efficiency.

Requirements

• 4+ years of property management experience, ideally with multi-site locations and exposure to decentralized teams. • 2+ years of people management experience, including direct supervision of senior leaders. • Strong leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities. • Expertise in maintenance, vendor management, and housekeeping operations. • Ability and availability to work weekends, holidays, and maintain a flexible schedule to fit current business needs. • Basic skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus. • Ability to travel 50-75% of the time.
