🎯 Requirements

β€’ Fluent in German (native or near-native level) and highly proficient in English β€’ Experience in software sales or SaaS solutions, ideally within enterprise architecture, IT, or digital transformation β€’ Proven consultative selling skills, with the ability to understand complex business needs and articulate software solutions effectively β€’ Excellent presentation and communication skills, comfortable engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders β€’ Ability to manage multiple sales opportunities across the DACH region β€’ Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work both independently and as part of a team β€’ Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes β€’ Experience working in the DACH market is highly desirable
