• This position is responsible for leading sales strategies to meet company goals. • Individuals must manage quality and consistency of products and service delivery from our sales team. • They must be able to persuade and influence others, develop and deliver presentations. • They must be able to create, compose, and edit written materials as well as teach others to do so. • Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques are required. • Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public. • Significant travel required: approx. 70%.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED required with Bachelor’s degree preferred from an accredited institution in a business-related discipline. • 5+ years of B2B Technical Sales Management background with Industrial alignment. • Automotive Paint alignment strongly preferred. • People Management experience preferred but not required. • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment. • Self-starter – ability to initiate and execute with limited assistance. • Effective writing, communication and interpersonal skills. • Assertive, analytical problem solver with a can-do attitude. • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills. • Ability to exercise mature judgment. • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. • Valid driver’s license.
