Description

• Provide sales support to accounts in an assigned territory and partner with clients to develop new business plans & opportunities. • Establish relationships with new clients. • Service customer needs through trials, start-ups, troubleshooting, training and ongoing account maintenance. • Assist customers with product selection, testing and performance specifications. • Conduct customer training at customer locations and at local Axalta facility. • Continuous expansion & growth of territory profitability.

Requirements

• High School diploma required with Bachelor’s degree in a Technical or Business discipline preferred. • 5+ years Industrial Sales & territory management experience. • Coatings industry alignment preferred. • Knowledge of Powder/Liquid/E-coat application techniques and finishing equipment is an added plus. • Strong training & presentation skills. • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM. • MS Office proficient. • Spanish language skills an added plus. • Travel required: approx. 50%. • Highly self-motivated and an independent performer. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with demonstrated ability to communicate across all levels within the organization. • Strong customer service aptitude and teamwork skills. • Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize tasks.
