• Collaboratively and regularly meeting with Account Executive(s) and the team to stay abreast of client account status • Proactively obtains underwriting information from potential and renewal clients • Creating and sending submissions to underwriters • Liaising with clients on the status of requests for coverage or renewal • Presenting quotes and/or renewals to clients • Maintaining a technical and service-oriented relationship with the clients and underwriters • Providing friendly, professional service to customers and Account Executives • Handling routine inquiries/concerns in a timely manner • Proactively identifying coverage gaps and making insurance recommendations • Providing administrative support as required. • Managing daily administration of client accounts. • Assisting Account Executive(s) in the placement of new business opportunities.
• At least 5-8 years of Commercial Insurance experience • AMF Quebec license • Insurance experience in CGL, property & equipment breakdown, SOVs, working with MGAs, submissions, marketing & proposals, claims • CAIB or CIP insurance designation (preferred) • Experience using the Epic broker management system • Insurance experience in D&O, cyber, and other specialty lines.
