• Manage relationships with boat manufacturers and brand managers to ensure satisfaction and retention. • Identify client needs, offer solutions, resolve issues, and maintain regular communication. • Collaborate with internal teams to provide excellent customer service.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree • 8+ years’ financial services experience; CS, RM, preferably sales, with a working knowledge of the floorplan financing business, its products, operations and sales functions • Prior experience and relationships working with one or more boat manufacturers
