• Lead a team working with large healthcare organization customers. • Coach, mentor, and lead the Client Services team. • Hire, onboard, and train high-performing team members. • Establish strong working relationships with internal teams. • Track team and client OKRs. • Implement formal project management methodology. • Oversee onboarding process for new clients. • Interact directly with clients and build relationships. • Monitor new client performance and address issues. • Optimize the go-live process to ensure adoption goals. • Document client feedback for product enhancement. • Look for ways to monetize Client Services.
• 10+ years of experience in consulting, project management, and customer service leadership, ideally with enterprise healthcare systems • Experience in a Client Implementation, Deployment, Client Success, or B2B Technical Account Management role in healthcare • A demonstrable and reference-backed track record of success within large healthcare enterprises with process re-engineering, technical implementation, and change management • At least two client references representative of Axuall’s customer base (large healthcare systems) • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Technical competence and an aptitude for learning new systems • Resourcefulness, creativity, and the ability to find innovative ways to achieve results • Exceptional attention to detail • Ability to work both individually and collaboratively within a team environment • Comfort with ambiguity and change, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
