β’ University degree in life sciences (Molecular Biology or equivalent) or relevant field. β’ Several years of commercial experience in a similar role. β’ Strong experience in territories sales planning. β’ Excellent market knowledge linked to genomic services (NGS, Sanger Sequencing, Gene Synthesis). β’ Proven track record in successfully closing sales opportunities. β’ Well versed in the application of sales techniques including upselling, cross selling, value positions, sales funnel management and solution selling. β’ Very good MS Office skill and Sales Force would be an advantage. β’ Ability to communicate effectively in a global organization. β’ Sales-driven and highly motivated. β’ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. β’ Energetic, pragmatic, business driven. β’ Organized and independent. β’ Team player. β’ Fluent in German and English. β’ Valid driver's licence.
