β€’ Support designated Sales Executives/Representatives/Managers in efforts to grow the business. β€’ Create sales strategy with the support of manager for territory. β€’ Conduct marketing and sales independently in academic and small biotech accounts. β€’ Conduct vendor shows, lunch and learns in academic and small biotech accounts upon request. β€’ Generate qualified leads through proactive outbound prospecting. β€’ Follow up with new customers and reply to basic incoming price inquiries. β€’ Support field reps from the office including; retrieving data from internal systems such as customer relationship management system (CRM/Salesforce) and project data bases (CLIMS). β€’ Prepare reports as needed for territory and account management. β€’ Lead generation and data entry into CRM. β€’ Work on a career track to become a sales or marketing professional. β€’ Qualify marketing leads from trade shows, events and campaigns.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences β€’ Related experience recommended β€’ Background in Molecular Biology β€’ Previous sales experience preferred β€’ CRM experience preferred β€’ Excellent interpersonal communications skills, both written and verbal are essential β€’ Ability to speak in public and interact with customers with confidence and ease β€’ Willing and able to travel 3-5 days per month
