β€’ Responsible for helping MTC grow its sales with clients in the Central United States β€’ Identify, develop and close sales opportunities to help achieve revenue and profit goals β€’ Conduct in-person and/or digital sales calls with existing customers and prospects β€’ Qualify leads for subsequent opportunities using Salesforce (our CRM tool) β€’ Prepare quotes and set pricing including technical specifications within the bid/scope documents β€’ Assist customers with product design questions, submittals, technical data and deliver prompt investigation of client concerns β€’ Cultivate market intelligence and perform analysis of competitor products, services and pricing β€’ Represent MTC at trade shows and/or professional organizations β€’ Participate in the development of future business plans, sales and marketing communications

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Engineering or Construction Management β€’ 5 years related sales experience within the trenchless industry, CIPP (preferred) β€’ Must be comfortable meeting sales activity and performance expectations with a genuine interest in serving customers β€’ Strong interpersonal skills – good listener/communicator, problem solver and negotiator β€’ Must be able to travel 50 to 75% of the time
