• Responsible for developing growth programs for the Masoneilan and Consolidated valve lines • Focus on project win strategies and growth at targeted accounts • Work closely with sales teams to identify new valve growth opportunities • Develop and foster relationships with key decision makers • Expand Baker Hughes valves sales volumes through coordinated project pursuit • Conduct external and internal market research and prospecting • Coordinate with channel partner sales teams to cover key project stakeholders • Share best practices within region and with global sales teams • Provide regional market intelligence and customer intelligence in the Energy Transition industry
• Have a Bachelor's education in a STEM discipline from an accredited college (or a High School Diploma with 10+ years of experience in the Energy Sector) • Have 5+ years of experience in application engineering, industrial sales, or customer service within the control valves, automation, and/or process control industries • Have strong background with industrial B2B product sales including knowledge around customer project timing, budget creation, strategic sales, and negotiation • Be able to communicate at all levels within the organization and able to effectively influence others through data and experience • Demonstrate experience of working with cross-functional teams within a global-matrix environment • Be able to travel for business up to 50% of the time
