Description
• Senior Sales Manager responsible for developing growth programs for Masoneilan and Consolidated valve lines • Identify new valve growth opportunities • Develop and foster relationships with key decision makers • Expand Baker Hughes valves sales volumes • Conduct market research and prospecting • Coordinate with channel partner sales teams • Share best practices and provide regional market intelligence
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline or High School Diploma with 10+ years of experience • 5+ years of experience in application engineering, industrial sales, or customer service • Strong background with industrial B2B product sales • Ability to communicate at all levels • Demonstrated experience of working with cross-functional teams • Ability to travel for business up to 50% of the time
