• Oversee corporate technology team and align IT operations with business goals. • Mentor and coach tech team to enhance skills and knowledge. • Develop training programs and provide continuous feedback. • Implement efficient service desk processes for prompt IT issue resolution. • Monitor service desk performance and identify areas for improvement. • Act as liaison between business units and tech team, translating needs into technical requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred. • Proven ability to coach and mentor IT professionals, with a track record of developing high-performing teams. • Extensive experience in creating and managing service desk processes, with a strong understanding of ITIL or similar frameworks. • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders. • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies, including Office 365, Azure, Windows Server, and SharePoint. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and implement innovative solutions. • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the technology team. • Drive “security-forward” mindset throughout team to ensure solutions are delivered as secure as possible.
