Description

β€’ Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets within the assigned region, identifying opportunities for new sales channels and leading the expansion into new markets. β€’ Hire, manage, and provide coaching and support to a team of sales professionals to ensure they meet performance targets and provide excellent customer service. β€’ Conduct sales performance analysis, generate sales reports, and lead sales forecasting efforts for the region. β€’ Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Medicare beneficiaries, providers, and government agencies. β€’ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Medicare insurance products and services, ensuring that sales professionals are equipped to provide accurate and timely advice to clients. β€’ Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures. β€’ Collaborate with other departments to ensure that the Medicare insurance division is integrated effectively with other business lines. β€’ Monitor expenses and manage resources effectively to meet financial targets.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred. β€’ At least 5 years of experience in healthcare or insurance sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. β€’ A Florida Producer's license is required. β€’ In-depth knowledge of Medicare insurance regulations and compliance requirements.
