📋 Description

• Assist potential customers with their personal insurance needs via telephone and email by explaining policy and coverage options and benefits using a consultative sales approach in a fast paced and high-volume call center. • Quote and sell various insurance policies to potential customers via telephone and email with multiple carriers and meet sales targets. • Use company sales system to manage leads, tasks and quoting within expected time frames. • Evaluate risk to accurately quote and recommend insurance carrier and coverage based on underwriting guidelines and customer needs while meeting quality goals. • Build and maintain relationship with provided lead sources which may be internal or external. • Organize and prioritize workload to meet team and company goals.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED • Active Property & Casualty Insurance License • Sales Experience • Organization and time management • Team oriented • Flexible with changing priorities • Ability to listen to and consider the views and opinions of others • Encourage open communication, cooperation, and knowledge sharing • Oral and written communication skills • Problem solving • Working Independently
