📋 Description
• Manage accounting functions and reporting for e-commerce stores • Maintain SOX processes and risk assessments • Drive process improvement and automation • Oversee e-commerce accounting operations • Be the finance lead for webstore implementations and operations • Review customer contracts for financial terms • Assist in month-end close for accurate reporting • Review reconciliations of major balance sheet accounts
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Accounting • 5+ years of similar business experience ideally in a retail or e-commerce environment • Experience with NetSuite a big plus • Experience working with ERP and WMS systems • General understanding of the operational flow of accounting transactions in a consumer goods and/or resale environment • General understanding of sales tax, use tax and other global consumption taxes • Strong analytical and independent problem-solving skills • Excellent project managerial and interpersonal skills
