Description

• As part of Mars Petcare, the Sourcing Specialist – Indirect supports Category Manager in sourcing services. • The role ensures MVH hospitals have an uninterrupted supply of goods, services, and equipment. • They develop sourcing strategies, negotiating terms, and managing supplier relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred. • 4-years of experience in purchasing cycles and buying processes. • Knowledge of purchasing regulations, legal compliance, policies and procedures with demonstrated advanced negotiations, contract and sourcing skills preferred. • Background and experience in at least one or more of the following sourcing categories: IT, Facilities, Legal, Marketing, Corporate Affairs, HR and/or Consultants preferred. • Ability to understand and interpret key financial statements and components of ROTA is preferred. • Health care background (veterinary or human healthcare, pharmaceutical, etc.) is preferred.
