β’ As an International Banking Director, you will be responsible for overall strategic development, organization, and coordination of the enterprise of International Banking and all aspects of product offering. β’ Responsible for attraction, expansion and retention of the bank's International Banking client relationships and the overall team performance in terms of revenue growth, profitability, cost management strategy and staff retention. β’ Must be located in, or willing to relocate to, Washington state, Oregon, or California.
β’ Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or other related field (an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered) β’ 12 or more years of progressively responsible work experience in an International Banking sales environment. β’ 6 or more years of experience leading a project, process or team
β’ Targeted starting compensation range is based on location and experience: $170,265 - $200,311 β’ Incentive and commission compensation may be awarded for eligible roles β’ Comprehensive employee benefits, including: medical, dental, vision, LTD, STD and life β’ Paid vacation time, sick time, personal days, paid volunteer time and 11 company paid holidays β’ 401k (up to 4% match with immediate vesting) β’ Tuition reimbursement up to $5,250 annually (minimum service requirement)
