• As an International Banking Director, you will be responsible for overall strategic development, organization, and coordination of the enterprise of International Banking and all aspects of product offering. • Responsible for attraction, expansion and retention of the bank's International Banking client relationships and the overall team performance in terms of revenue growth, profitability, cost management strategy and staff retention. • Must be located in, or willing to relocate to, Washington state, Oregon, or California.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or other related field (an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered) • 12 or more years of progressively responsible work experience in an International Banking sales environment. • 6 or more years of experience leading a project, process or team

Benefits

• Targeted starting compensation range is based on location and experience: $170,265 - $200,311 • Incentive and commission compensation may be awarded for eligible roles • Comprehensive employee benefits, including: medical, dental, vision, LTD, STD and life • Paid vacation time, sick time, personal days, paid volunteer time and 11 company paid holidays • 401k (up to 4% match with immediate vesting) • Tuition reimbursement up to $5,250 annually (minimum service requirement)
