Requirements

• You combine the deep expertise of a healthcare insider with the pace and passion of a startup founder. • You are a seasoned product leader who launches quickly, builds iteratively, and understands how technology can scale complex real-world operations. • You bring substantial operational experience, with a track record of managing P&L, leading through influence, and hitting ambitious targets. • You’re an exceptional communicator, especially in writing, able to guide opinionated stakeholders to make high-stakes, high-judgment decisions. • You build trust naturally and share an authentic passion for Honor’s mission to transform home care.
