The Susan B. Anthony Birthplace Museum, Inc. is a nonprofit organization, dedicated to preserving the birthplace and raising public awareness of the great social reformer, Susan B. Anthony. Anthony was a pioneering feminist and suffragist as well as a noteworthy figure in the abolitionist, pro-life, and temperance movements of the 19th century. As part of its mission, the Museum highlights the familial and regional influences that shaped Ms. Anthony’s early life by displaying the textiles and furnishings of that period, as well as literature and other memorabilia associated with her later career.

📋 Description
• Lead a team of 6-8 remote employees • Recruit providers to be listed in the Her PLAN Directory • Maintain a clean, up to date directory • Collaborate on work related to Provider Listings • Analyze and make improvements to processes • Master use of CRM software and internal database software • Train staff on tools and databases • Work closely with compliance team to ensure directory entries meet criteria • Focus on data integrity through Data Management processes • Clearly communicate progress, challenges, and successes • Demonstrate Her PLAN/SBA culture in all interactions
🎯 Requirements
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Proven ability to utilize spreadsheets and understanding of time studies and step processes • Experience in HubSpot, Salesforce or similar applications preferred but will train • Solid sales, data analyst, customer service or similar background • Strong knowledge of technology platforms including Microsoft Office products • Experience supervising teams and providing programmatic oversight
