Description

•Sprout Social is looking for a seasoned and strategic leader to head our GTM Systems and Data function. •This critical role will oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of systems and processes that support our go-to-market efforts. •Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and user experience.

Requirements

•Minimum of 8+ years in a sales operations role with a majority focus on leading GTM systems and data governance initiatives •Minimum of 5+ years managing teams showcasing excellent leadership skills •Deep understanding of Salesforce administration, configuration, and customization •Experience with Gong and Outreach, including data integration and analysis •Strong knowledge of data governance principles, data quality, and data privacy regulations •Strong communication and presentation abilities, both written and verbal •Ability to think strategically and solve complex problems
