• Develop compliance strategy and oversight. • Coordinate with legal counsel on regulatory changes. • Research compliance issues and recommend changes. • Track data and create reports for compliance patterns. • Lead collaboration on policy and procedural updates. • Provide guidance and supervision for team.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Doctorate of Pharmacy required. • Kentucky Board of Pharmacy license in good standing. • Indiana Board of Pharmacy license or willing and eligible to achieve within 12 months of hire. • 1-3 years related experience in pharmacy compliance or risk management. • Knowledge of state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations. • Experience designing, developing, and implementing compliance programs preferred. • Experience with specialty pharmacy accreditation standards preferred.
