• We’re on a mission to make manufacturing faster, smarter, and more resilient. • Basetwo is a fast-growing Toronto-based startup providing engineers with a next generation AI co-pilot. • The Business Development Representative will focus on building a pipeline via outbound prospecting. • Responsible for booking discovery meetings and qualifying prospective customers. • Collaborating with the Account Executive and Marketing team to attract potential new clients.

Requirements

• Passionate about enterprise sales, AI, and tech startups • 1-2 years of sales/customer-facing work experience (ideally in SaaS) • Bonus: Some experience selling Industrial IoT, lab or manufacturing tech • Exceptional written and verbal communication • Strong listening skills combined with the ability to ask the right questions and accurately distill information • A sense of urgency and ability to manage time and prioritize tasks • Highly motivated, ambitious, self-driven and not easily discouraged • Fluent in English
