• The Sales Representative (SR) role at Batash Endoscopic Weight Loss (BEWL) is responsible for converting leads to medical consults as part of BEWL’s customer-centered, high-impact sales process. • Sales representatives spend most of their time running pre-consult “discovery” calls with potential patients, engaging with patients on a variety of digital channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, phone, email), and handling patient questions or concerns that arise before the patient’s medical consult call. • SRs regularly review their performance with BEWL’s Director of Sales and help identify and deploy best practices and improvements to help improve BEWL’s overall sales effort.

Requirements

• 1-3+ years experience in a customer-facing role, such as sales and account management • Experience directly working with leads and/or customers; genuinely motivated to help customers • Strong verbal & written communication skills to connect with patients • Able to consistently track and manage communication with a large number of leads • Good attention to detail; able to always write down clear, comprehensive, and accurate notes on key patient details (e.g., top goals, motivations, fears/blockers, weight, height)
