📋 Description

• Build trust to achieve results as an Account Executive. • Represent Baxter and its products in the field. • Establish trust with healthcare professionals. • Drive market adoption of BardyDx products. • Develop territory business plans and sales strategies. • Promote BardyDx's Core products and services. • Gain understanding of customer needs and improve experience. • Train staff and physicians on product usage and billing codes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 4-5 years outside B2B sales experience required. • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required. • Successful medical sales background in Cardiology or Electrophysiology strongly preferred. • Previous Medical Device or Diagnostic Services Sales experience strongly preferred. • Excellent relationship-building skills at all customer levels. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. • Well organized with time management skills. • Process-oriented with ability to multi-task. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to travel within assigned territory at least 75% of the time and for training or trade shows as needed.
