📋 Description

• Responsible for selling Respiratory Health products to clients including hospitals, physician offices, clinics, home care and long-term care facilities. • Work collaboratively with internal partners, developing, and implementing comprehensive strategic territory sales plans. • Manage both clinical and financial aspects of the account to provide ultimate customer happiness. • Meet, if not exceed sales quotas. • Manage a territory consisting of 100-125 verified targets. • Prospect for new business 15-20% of the time. • Communicate Baxter’s competitive differentiation to improve sales.

🎯 Requirements

• B.S./B.A. or 2+ years proven experience as a top-level sales performer in medical devices, pharma, DME, medical equipment or as a healthcare leader in a clinical environment. • Clinical experience in a Respiratory environment (RRT) preferred. • Significant experience in negotiating and closing new business and/or budgeting. • Demonstrated strategic selling skills (strategy development and execution). • Must be able to work independently and in a team environment. • Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication and presentation skills. • Valid driver's license required.
