Partnerships in Education and Resilience (PEAR) is an organization dedicated to improving mental health, education, and program quality for students and educators. They focus on building a future where every student and educator can learn, dream, and thrive by offering professional development certificate programs and partnering with schools and youth-serving organizations. PEAR provides evaluation services to enhance program effectiveness, assessments to measure social and emotional strengths and academic engagement, and professional development training for educators. Additionally, they develop curricula in collaboration with researchers and practitioners to support positive youth development.
