•The HR Assistant will perform administrative tasks and services to support to the Human Resources operations. •Responsibilities include processing payroll, ensuring the HRIS system is updated, resolving payroll issues, and maintaining employment files. •Participating in audits of HR files and records to ensure adherence to regulations.

Requirements

•Workday (HRIS) experience highly preferred •Prior experience processing payroll highly preferred •Experience with PowerBI beneficial but not required •Ability to work independently •Excellent verbal and written communication skills •Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy •Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail •Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
