📋 Description
• BDR Solutions, LLC is seeking a Pricing Analyst to join the BDR Growth Team. • The Pricing Analyst will be responsible for independently and collaboratively developing competitive pricing strategies, cost proposals, and cost narratives. • The Pricing Analyst will lead our cost/price activities, conducting thorough RFP reviews, ensuring compliance, and delivering insightful customer proposals while adhering to tight deadlines. • Pricing Analyst will develop compelling Cost/Price proposals for complex and significant corporate proposals; coordinate the proposal development process by collaborating with contracts, procurement, finance, and technical teams to ensure accuracy and compliance. • Pricing Analyst will lead discussions on pricing strategy and participate in peer and color reviews to enhance proposal quality. • Pricing Analyst will prepare and manage pricing files using Excel, ensuring alignment with company policies and RFP instructions.
🎯 Requirements
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in government contracting and pricing analysis • Extensive relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree • Experience developing or delivering price strategy presentations or analyses and training to executives and key decision-makers • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Advanced research skills to establish salary databases and competitor pricing benchmarks, and pricing trends
