Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, business administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree preferred • At least 7 years of experience in nonprofit operations, strategic planning, or a Chief of Staff role • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Mac and Windows operating systems and business applications such as Slack, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft SharePoint • Strong multitasking and time management abilities, with a proactive, self-starter mindset. • Deep understanding of nonprofit governance and board engagement best practices. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams. • Financial acumen, including proficiency in budget management and financial reporting. • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data and create actionable insights. • Attention to detail, coupled with the ability to think strategically and understand broader organizational contexts.
