• Minimum 10 years of IT industry experience with 5+ years in IT operations, DevOps, SRE, or observability. • 5 years of experience in developing high performing teams. • 5 years of excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills. • 5 years of experience with observability solutions for monitoring and data analysis. • 5 years of experience in ITSM and change management. • 5 years of experience developing automation solutions. • 8 years of experience in on-premises and cloud infrastructure. • 8 years of experience with observability tools (e.g., App Dynamics, Splunk). • 8 years of analytical and problem-solving skills. • 8 years of project management skills. • 8 years of end-to-end problem ownership.
