Description

β€’ Join Art of Problem Solving (AoPS) and become the driving force behind bringing cutting-edge learning solutions to schools nationwide. β€’ Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies, contributing to national strategy while building a robust pipeline. β€’ Qualify leads, conduct needs assessments, and deliver product demonstrations to communicate AoPS's value proposition. β€’ Negotiate, close deals, and manage contract renewals, exploring cross-selling and upselling opportunities with existing clients. β€’ Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in schools, ensuring smooth transitions to Account Managers post-sale. β€’ Participate in marketing events and gather market intelligence to inform sales strategies and product development. β€’ Meet or exceed sales targets while continuously enhancing product knowledge. β€’ Adapt to both remote and in-person sales environments as needed.

Requirements

β€’ BA/BS degree β€’ 3+ years of sales experience β€’ Experience working in educational technology is strongly preferred β€’ Passion for integrating high-quality curriculum and resources into classrooms β€’ Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present, influence, and negotiate effectively β€’ Proven track record of delivering client-focused solutions based on needs β€’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills β€’ High level of self-motivation with ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines β€’ Familiarity with educational software and web-based technology β€’ CRM experience (especially Salesforce) preferred β€’ Some travel required
